He is passionate about transforming the ‘us’ versus ‘them’ organizational model from functional silos to resilient teams empowered by ‘collaborative trust’ and ‘shared accountability’. He combines executive coaching with consulting and is able to bring a big picture perspective to connect the dots between strategic priorities, execution effectiveness and employee engagement. Most recently his consulting engagements included:

· Helping a high growth Silicon Valley startup with alignment between product/engineering and customer success teams to reduce weekly customer escalations

· Centralization of a corporate Center of Excellence for marketing under a new CMO and alignment with the BU GMs

Previously Naresh was VP and head of global business development at Leeo a series-C funded IoT startup. During his 30-year career he has lived and worked in four different countries in leadership roles with global corporations:

· Cisco Systems as Director of Strategy & Planning for seeding future IoT and SaaS growth businesses

· IBM Global Services as Associate Partner for Emerging Business Opportunities including IoT and Cloud offerings

· Philips Consumer Electronics in the Netherlands where he led strategic planning for the CEO’s leadership team to transform the product portfolio and the culture to a more nimble, innovative and outward looking organization
